Guest Risk Management & Data Use Disclosure

As part of our commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff,
and property, we have integrated with Review of You, Inc. (“RoY”), a third-party guest risk
management platform. Through this integration, we collect and share certain guest
information, which may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, and reservation-
related identifiers, with RoY for the limited purpose of assessing potential risks associated
with guest bookings.
RoY aggregates and processes user-generated data submitted by participating businesses,
including reports of prior incidents such as misconduct, property damage, chargebacks,
non-payment, or other documented guest behaviors. All information contained within the
RoY platform is user-generated content contributed by independent businesses and does
not reflect the opinions, conclusions, endorsements, or determinations of RoY or any
individual participating hotel or restaurant.
RoY does not make decisions regarding reservations, lodging, service, pricing, or access to
accommodations. All booking, acceptance, refusal, or service decisions are made
independently by each participating business, in accordance with its own policies and
applicable law. Participation in RoY is intended solely as a risk-assessment and safety
support tool, not as a mechanism to discriminate against or exclude individuals based on
any protected characteristic.
Information processed through RoY is not based on race, color, religion, national origin,
ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status,
familial status, military status, or any other characteristic protected by law. RoY expressly
prohibits the submission or use of data for discriminatory purposes and requires
participating businesses to certify that all submissions are based on documented conduct or
transactional history.
By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and
sharing of your information with RoY for the purposes described above. RoY processes all
data in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local data protection and privacy laws,
and maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards
to protect the confidentiality and security of such information.

MARKETING DATA COLLECTION

We use Google Analytics’ 3rd-party audience data such as age, gender, and interests to better understanding the behavior of our customers and work with companies that collect information about your online activities to provide advertising targeted to suit your interests and preferences. For example, you may see certain ads on other websites because we contract with Google and other similar companies to target our ads based on information we or they have collected, including information that was collected through automated means (such as cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies). These companies also use automated technologies to collect information when you click on our ads, which helps track and manage the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

We may also use 3rd party vendor remarketing or retargeting tracking cookies, which may include the Google AdWords, Facebook Pixel and/or Adroll Pixel cookies. The third-party vendors whose services we use will place cookies on web browsers in order to serve ads based on past visits to our website. This allows us to make special offers and continue to market our services to those who have shown interest in them. As always, we respect your privacy and are not collecting any identifiable information through the use of any 3rd party remarketing system.
